Miami Ink Season 4 Begins Tomorrow Night

We get a brand new episode of Miami Ink tomorrow night on TLC as season 4 begins. The new episode is titled “Make Or Break”. Here is the official episode preview from TLC…..

Things are in chaos at Miami Ink. To put things back on track, Ami gets onboard with Nunez’s plan for a new shop, and Darren’s surprise return from an extended trip to help out family adds to the good vibe.

I’m looking forward to some new episodes of Miami, and to seeing more of Tim Hendricks.

A new intro/look/shop, the guys, and of course the new shop manager – Baby Dre, and new artist – Tim Hendricks: Given all the info online, it was great to see the episode with the two newbies/hirees. I look forward to seeing more episodes. On last week’s show, I noticed that the tattoos were ‘clearer’ (high definition??).
I think the search for a shop manager started before the new artist search. I read (online) that during season 2, the crew looked for a shop manager to free up Yoji’s time. Back then, Kat Von D tattooed at “Miami Ink” on a full time basis; In one episode, she celebrated 10 years as an artist with a tattoo from Corey Miller. Anyways. Five individuals were brought to South Beach to meet the artists and to try-out for the job/role of shop manager; Joel (from Needham, Mass.), Talia (from Naples, Fla.), Josie (from Chicago, III.), Lee (from Miami, Fla.), and Anthony (from Garden Grove, Calif.) were ‘sent on errands, the subject of pranks, dealt with customers and their knowledge of tattooing was tested.’

LA INK might have come in with a bang..but it’s slowly dying now because people are starting to see what Von D is all about.

My predicitions:

Miami INK will go down with pride, dignity, and all their self respect in tact-o.

LA Ink will be remembered as a joke because of Kat. Kat is known now as a bi-polar, flighty, star-f*cker. Most respected artists now snicker when her name comes up..she traded in dignity for 15 minutes of fame.

Miami INK owns in the end.

dear ami where do I start..my family has faced some reel bad things this year and for my mom & I you have been a breath of fresh air..mom 61yrs looks at you as a son and adores you. she and I put our dreams on the shelf for so long.and are just beaten down.i showed her a photo I want tattoo and she asked me to go to you..so my brother we are saving and pray to see you soon..your arizona family momma pat and sister kimbo..
