   The “new” things here: The hair extensions are gone (Her hair looks great this way), and the tacky bikini top/torn tee look is done with a silver top instead of gold.
   The eye make-up is troweled on as usual.(She has pimped out her “name” on the stuff, she should at least know HOW TO USE IT!)
   There is one other thing she has done well- the awful red lip color is gone, replaced by a flattering soft pink.
   A mixed bag of improvements and the usual.
   for the most part,she still looks as cheap and low class as ever.

   OWWWW! MY EYES! Gross out. Hate the haircut, hate the clothes and her face looks like a she-male. I Love the cokeface and nosejob though- both suit her well. God, she’s getting uglier and uglier. When is she going to fall out of importance already? We’re allllmost there.

   RJ, I agree, the makeup and hair are much better, but the outfit is supertrashy.

   Well, she looks softer and better than before, but still trashy and cheap. I didn’t know Kat was A-List, hahaha. And yes, her nose does look a little different…

   she is who she is…that slutty hard core trash look is her thing. I can’t imagine how long she takes on her look…HIGH MAINTAINANCE…in more ways that one. But, hey, she’s a personality, love it or hate it…i likes to sees it.

    I really like the haircut and think she looks pretty nice in the first picture, but the faces she makes in the second and third really remind me of an ex-girlfriend that’s pretty crazy nowadays. All-in-all, pretty poor attempt at glamming it up.

    WTF… RUN NIKKI!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!

    I always thought Britney was a train wreck.. but compared to this.. “example”.. she looks like a mere fender bender..
    I have always liked red lipstick and classic pinup style.. but to morph into this..
    Damn. I’ve seen better changes at the diaper station in Walmart. I think she and her stylist need to get their brains examined.. of course we will have to call a proctologist to do it because it’s obvious they both have their heads in their a**es.
    Oh.. the top.. rock out with whatever you want to wear.. but what the hell is with the bikini tops??? I really don’t get that.. I wanted to burn my eyes everytime I saw that gold bikini..
    The top does nothing for you.. if it is for comfort.. great… wear it when you are up late doing whatever it is you do. I’m not saying conform to what everyone wants you to wear, I’m saying respect your body and wear something on your ta ta’s that will prevent them from looking like wrinkled pancakes when your 40.
    Don’t get me wrong here.. I love to rock out in my gear all the time.. just not on the red carpet.. I have lost a lot of respect for this woman over the past few months.. I don’t even watch the show anymore.. but I always thought she was a very pretty girl.. well.. now that is shot to sh*t as well. Good luck to her and all of her social agendas, I’m done.

    Kat your beautiful and hot but I did like the hair longer with the blond strip or a purple would be hot with long dark hair.I realy want to get another tat Ive been waiting 3 years since by husband passed away and I only want it done by you or one from your teem hannah or kim. Can’t wait till season 3. Im flying out to LA soon.

    Kat Von D looks like a meth addtict now and i’m not even saying that to be mean. She has to be using something. Does anyone know? I just saw her at Sephora, she was actually nice but seemed bored and out of it. She lost a ton of weight but she’s all flabby and her skin’s kind of saggy like an 80yr old man’s skin. I don’t know what the hell happened?
